The menu at Rubens offers both delicately designed course menus and à la carte dishes. Guests can choose according to their taste and enjoy Austrian classics such as crispy fried chicken, hearty Alt-Wiener Tafelspitz or sweet Kaiserschmarrn. A special highlight is the Viennese veal schnitzel baked in clarified butter and prepared according to a traditional recipe. In addition to these classics, Rubens also impresses with modern interpretations of dishes such as veal pâté with wild herbs and a selection of tasty vegetarian creations.
